NExpress is a consortium of college and university libraries in New England and New York (Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New York). At present it has 8 members, 3 from Maine, 3 from Massachusetts, 1 from Vermont and 1 from New York but it plans to expand over time.

Member libraries have created a combined catalog of their collections. Authorized users from each library may borrow other member libraries’ materials by requesting them online in the NExpress Catalog and have them delivered to their own library for pickup.
